Our framework draws parallels with Lean's DMAIC, encompassing five distinct stages. The DMAIC process starts with "Define," where the problem is identified and clear objectives are set. "Measure" sets a performance baseline, quantifying the existing issues. "Analyze" delves deep into data to identify root causes. "Improve" introduces and validates solutions, and "Control" ensures these improvements are sustained and integrated into regular operations.
Our methodical approach kicks off with the "Define" phase, where we chart the current process, focusing on its present state and emphasizing four key elements: people, process, tools, and culture. During the "Measure" phase, we evaluate the baseline performance of the existing processes. In "Analyze," we meticulously examine data to identify root causes, aiming for precision. The "Improve" phase, crucially, addresses these causes and crafts a framework that holistically integrates people, process, tools, and culture. The concluding "Control" phase underscores ongoing monitoring to ensure consistent process adherence. Both "Improve" and "Control" stages are iterative, and we collaborate intensively with the team to hone performance. Furthermore, we offer training on various tools and techniques to bolster team efficiency.
